The scope is made out of heat treated aluminum. Making it durable and increasing its longevity. The scope is fog, shock, and waterproof. It is a perfect companion for hunting in a moist jungle. With fully multi-coated lenses, the low-light performance of the scope is insanely good for the money.
If you want a bit more information than Center X, then you can go for BDC 500 IR or BDC 22 Rimfire reticle. Depending on which one suits your shooting style, go for that one. If you want a simple but still informative reticle, Center X is the perfect choice.

Hailing from Birmingham, the Birmingham Small Arms Company Ltd. is a crowd pleaser, to say the least. The scopes are made in their in-house factory. While they are definitely made in England, they are more popular in North America than England itself.
The scope is made out of durable aluminum. The tube of the scope is filled with nitrogen to make it immune to internal fogging. But that’s not enough, they made sure the scope is also waterproof and shockproof. The lenses on the optics are fully multi-coated as well.
The turrets on the scopes are elevated, and they are capped as well. Making them immune to shocks and they hold adjustments. The objective lens of this scope is 40mm, it’s a humongous lens that gathers a ton of light to work with. The low-light performance of the scope is extremely good for the money. While there is no chromatic aberration present on the scope, at maximum magnification, there is some slight distortion at the border of the scope. And that’s barely noticeable.
Is this scope in SFP or FFP?
The scope reticle is in the second focal plane. Not the first focal plane.
Do they provide a warranty?
Yes, they do. They offer a limited lifetime warranty with the optics. While you get the usual 30 days window for returning, they also provide you additional warranty as well.
Will a 40mm flip-up lens cover fit this scope?
The front outside diameter is over 42mm and the rear is 44. So, no 40mm lens covers won’t fit.

Last but not least, a Marlin Model 60 scope from Tasco. If you want to use your Marlin 22 rifle with a scope, then getting a rimfire scope is the best possible decision. The Tasco MAG39X32D is also the cheapest scope on the list.
